Capsule Wardrobe


So you know I had to have this top as soon as I saw it right? Of course you did… It’s pastel, it’s lace and it has bows! It simply had to be mine. But it wasn’t a matter of just buying something new or wanting something fashionable. It was the way I knew this top would make me feel when I was wearing it.

As well as explain my lack of posts lately I also wanted to share some of my favourite simple ways to get some headspace everyday. I am pretty proud of how far I’ve come in the last few years in regards to stress and anxiety. And it’s thanks to the following five little everyday practices that I’ve made so much improvement.
